Enrica Zanin si è formata all’Ecole Normale Supérieure (rue d’Ulm Paris), ha ottenuto un dottorato in letteratura comparata all’università della Sorbona (2010), e ha conseguito l’abilitazione a dirigere delle ricerche (HdR) nel 2021 all’università di Paris III. È stata fellow della fondazione Humboldt all’università di Goettingen, visiting fellow alla biblioteca umanista di Wolfenbüttel e Sassoon Fellow alla Bodleian Library (Oxford). E membro onorario dell’Institut Universitaire de France.
Le sue ricerche portano essenzialmente sulla letteratura europea della prima modernità ed hanno ricevuto alcuni premi (prix Espoir de l’Université, 2016, Prix Guy Ourisson, 2018). Enrica Zanin si interessa principalmente al teatro: in Fins tragiques (Droz 2014) ha studiato il finale tragico, in Le théâtre au miroir des langues (Droz 2018) ha ricostruito la circolazione delle poetiche teatrali in Europa. Enrica Zanin ha curato volumi sulla poesia, interessandosi al petrarchismo in Europa (The Early Modern English Sonnet, Manchester UP, 2020), alla poesia italiana del trecento (Poesia e Diritto nel Due-Trecento, Longo 2019), alla ricezione di Dante (Studien zum Witte-Archiv, 2020). Le sue ricerche più recenti portano sul rapporto tra etica e letteratura, da Boccaccio a Madame de La Fayette (volume in preparazione: l’Ethique du récit, Droz).
Enrica Zanin è visiting professor al DFCLAM da aprile a giugno 2023 e svolge un corso sul Teatro Francese del Seicento.

Enrica Zanin studied at the Ecole Normale Supérieure (rue d'Ulm Paris), obtained a doctorate in comparative literature at Sorbonne Université (2010), and qualified as a research director (HdR) in 2021 at the University of Paris III. She has been a fellow of the Humboldt Foundation at the University of Goettingen, a visiting fellow at the Wolfenbüttel Humanist Library and a Sassoon Fellow at the Bodleian Library (Oxford). She is an honorary member of the Institut Universitaire de France.
Her research focuses on early modern European literature and has received two prizes (prix Espoir de l'Université, 2016, Prix Guy Ourisson, 2018). Enrica Zanin is mainly interested in theatre: in Fins tragiques (Droz 2014) she studied the tragic ending, in Le théâtre au miroir des langues (Droz 2018) she reconstructed the circulation of theatrical poetics in Europe. Enrica Zanin has edited volumes on poetry, taking an interest in Petrarchism in Europe (The Early Modern English Sonnet, Manchester UP, 2020), fourteenth-century Italian poetry (Poesia e Diritto nel Due-Trecento, Longo 2019), and the reception of Dante (Studien zum Witte-Archiv, 2020). Her most recent research focuses on the relationship between ethics and literature, from Boccaccio to Madame de La Fayette (volume in preparation: l'Ethique du récit, Droz).
Enrica Zanin is a visiting professor at DFCLAM from April to June 2023, teaching a course on 17th century French theatre.
